If you want to comment, compliment or complain about the conduct of our staff or the service you received at the British High Commission, you may do so in writing or by fax. Your feedback will help us improve our services for all our customers.
- If you have a complaint please provide us with:
- your full name, nationality and date of birth
- your full address with postal code and daytime telephone number
- any file reference number, such as an application or port reference number (if you have one)
- a full description of your complaint including dates and times
- any names of the people you have dealt with so far
- copies of any papers or letters to do with the complaint
- your travel details (if you are complaining about service at a port of entry to the UK)

If you wish to make a complaint or send us comments about the consular service we offer, please write to the Head of Consular and Visa Section, at the address shown above, giving full details.
All complaints will be investigated and the Head of the Consular and Visa Section. A reply will be sent within two weeks and where this is not possible, we shall send you a brief interim response explaining why. We strive to provide a timely and efficient passport service. Occasionally, things go wrong, sometimes for reasons outside our control. But the sooner we know about the difficulties you may encounter, the sooner we can help put these right.
