The Economic Section in the High Commission works closely with Canada on a wide range of socio-economic policies.  We have a very similar standard of living, common aspirations and a shared history of economic governance and social provision. So we both benefit from exchanging information and best practice. Health, education and labour markets are just some of the areas we cover.

Health Protection Agency

Citizens Advice  
The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free information and advice from over 3,200 locations, and by influencing policymakers.

Trading Standards Central  
A one stop shop for consumer protection information in the UK. The site is supported and maintained by TSI, the Trading Standards Institute.
